Summer is just around the corner (despite Mother Nature making us sweat profusely already), and what better way to welcome the season than with a sweet treat? Luckily, Krispy Kreme has us all covered with its new summer collection.

The new menu includes four new summer-inspired donuts that range from fruity to bright and citrusy to chocolatey and creamy. The new items include the Original Glazed Strawberry Cake Doughnut, Lemon Bar Doughnut, the Key Lime Pie Doughnut, and the Cannoli-Inspired Doughnut.

The strawberry donut is an old-fashioned cake donut that is flavored with strawberry and covered in the chain’s well-known glaze. The lemon donut (the one I am most interested in) is another Original Glazed donut but is dipped in white icing and cookie pieces and topped with a lemon swirl and powdered sugar.

Looking for something a little more tart than lemon? The key lime donut is an unglazed donut shell that is filled with key lime pie Kreme, dipped in green icing, and topped with graham crackers and a dollop of icing.

Celebrate summer with the help of Krispy Kreme

Finally, for those who want a little chocolate to ring in the coming summer, the cannoli-inspired donut is an unglazed donut that is dipped in chocolate icing and cookie crunch and finished with cannoli-flavored buttercream and a sweet powder coating.

You can find these donuts starting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at participating Krispy Kreme locations across the US. And like most of the more seasonal flavors at the donut chain, they will only be available for a limited time. So, if you try one you really like, make sure to get it while you can. I can’t imagine these are going to last past August.

If you’re also in need of a drink, Krispy Kreme is also offering two limited-time chillers. The two options include the Watermelon Lemonade Chiller and the Mango-Infused Lemonade Chiller. Both of these would be perfect with any of the new summer donuts.
