The holidays really are coming early in 2026. We don’t always think of restaurants like Moe’s as bringing the holiday magic, but they want to shake things up in November. And what’s the best way to do that? How about by bringing back one of their iconic proteins ahead of the busy holiday season.

In exciting news from Moe’s, Birria is back on the menu starting on November 4. And while it’s technically for a limited time, it’s actually going to be on the menu into 2027, giving us plenty of time to actually enjoy the deliciousness of slow-braised shredded beef. As the shared in the press email we received, “Moe’s Birria features tender, slow-braised beef simmered with chiles and garlic, available for guests to enjoy in burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and more.”

If you’re a fan of both Moe’s and their Birria, you will definitely want to head on over to get your hands on a tasty meal or two. In fact, they are also making sure that their rewards members get a taste for free as they are doing a free Birria Dipper with any purchase made November 4 through the 22nd.

Honestly, we are excited for the return of Birria to the Moe’s menu. And if we are lucky enough to get in before the 22nd, we will absolutely be snagging our free Birria Dipper.
