This prime rib is pre-cooked and just needs to be heated up to temperature. The meat is prepared with all of the seasonings you want for a flavorful holiday meal and comes with instructions on how to heat it up to your desired doneness. If you want your prime rib to be rare, it’s just 18 minutes per pound at 125 degrees. On the other hand, if you want your meat done medium it would be 21.5 minutes per pound at 145 degrees. With every prime rib, you are getting a meat that is easy to prepare and can feed multiple people with ease.
