If there is one thing we can count on when it comes to Krispy Kreme, it is that they have no problem celebrating holidays, events, and so much more. And we love that for us. Of course, with the Fourth of July right around the corner, it makes sense that Krispy Kreme is getting festive.

Starting June 23 fans can get just as festive with the new Independence Day collection featuring three amazing doughnuts perfect for the occasion. Currently being called the Stars, Stripes & Sweetness Collection, these doughnuts are all about the red, white and blue.

So what exactly is on the menu at Krispy Kreme for the Fourth of July?

– The Freedom Ring Doughnut
– The USA Party Doughnut
– The Vanilla Cookies & Kreme™ Liberty Crunch Doughnut

While the first two doughnuts start with the iconic Original Glazed Doughnut, the third actually features an unglazed doughnut as the base. The Freedom Ring Doughnut is essentially an Original Glazed Doughnut featuring a white icing that has stripes of red icing and blue sprinkles on top. And yes, there are also white star sprinkles in the mix as well.

For the USA Party Doughnut we have another Original Glazed Doughnut that has a white buttercream, USA Sprinkles and even a USA sugar piece. It is all about the red, white and blue with this doughnut as well.

Finally we have the Vanilla Cookies and Kreme Liberty Crunch Doughnut. According to the press email, this treat features “an unglazed shell doughnut filled with vanilla cookies & Kreme™ filling, dipped in white icing and topped with vanilla cookies, patriotic sprinkles and white icing drizzle.”

These three doughnuts are not only about bringing the festive to the Fourth of July, but they are also about delivering on flavor as well. And as a fan of Krispy Kreme, we are here for their use of the Original Glazed Doughnut, which is a fan favorite for us.

We are definitely going to have to hunt down the closest Krispy Kreme and get festive with our look so that we can grab that free doughnut!
