When it comes to next level, high quality ice cream there is one brand that stands tall. Tillamook is a top-tier dairy product brand that understands how to deliver consistency when it comes to both flavor and quality and their ice cream is no exception. From the every day flavors of chocolate and vanilla to the more unique options like the Sea Salt and Honeycomb Toffee or the Marionberry Pie, Tillamook’s ice cream is always a party in your mouth. So when they have ice cream news, we get excited!

And just in time for Spring 2026, they have unveiled their new premium lineup of ice cream bars. Currently available in four flavors, these bars are a decadent treat that doesn’t require a spoon. All the bars are enrobed in a crisp chocolate coating that works perfectly alongside of the ice cream on a stick. So what flavors did they release for fans to fall in love with?

The first four ice cream bars available from Tillamook are:

– Cookies and Cream (This is such a classic flavor from Tillamook and one of my favorites.)
– Mint Chocolate Chip
– Vanilla Bean (This is a favorite in my household as well, because you can never go wrong with a classic.)
– Tillamook Mudslide

I was lucky enough to try these a bit early after heading to Tillamook in Oregon back in 2025. And from the start there was no denying that these are going to be a hit. How can you go wrong with amazing ice cream coated in a crisp chocolate shell?

Perhaps the only downside for me is the fact that my local grocery store doesn’t seem to be carrying the Cookies and Cream ice cream bar right now. So there will be some ice cream hunting happening for me! Now if we just need Tillamook to add a few more flavors to the lineup and our summer snacking routine will be complete. So here’s our vote for a few more ice cream bar flavors we want to see: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Oregon Dark Cherry, and Dark Chocolate Cookies and Cream!
