As a lifelong reader, books have always been something I’ve enjoyed. As much as I like to read, I rarely ever go back to an author or read their entire catalog. That has not been the case with B.K. Borison.

Ever since picking up Lovelight Farms, I’ve continued to pick up all of her releases as they were coming out. Thankfully, that trend can continue due to Berkley sending me finished copies of her new Heartstrings series. Set in Baltimore, the series only has two books so far, but it’s been captivating other readers and me.

In 2025, she released First-Time Caller, which was one of my favorite reads of the year, so going into And Now, Back to You, it was bound to be another stunner from her. Additionally, as mentioned, Berkley sent me a finished copy, so I was able to read and fully immerse myself in the story.

While we’ll get into my review in a second, my feelings on this book are pretty clear, and honestly, it makes me even more excited to read more from B.K. Borison.

And Now, Back to You is a stunning follow-up from B.K. Borison.

Before talking about And Now, Back to You, it’s best to read First-Time Caller before And Now, Back to You. While you won’t be confused as far as the story goes, there will be spoilers for the couple in book 1 and some moments featuring them. If you haven’t read First-Time Caller, do yourself a favor and read it.

With that being said, And Now, Back to You follows Jackson, who does the weather for the radio, and Delilah, who is a weather girl for the local news station. While the two haven’t officially met, they’ve been circling each other for years. This is mostly due to the differing personalities, as Jackson is more stern and starchy, while Delilah is more fun and outgoing.

Of course, these two opposites end up working together to cover a huge snowstorm set to hit Baltimore. Very quickly, the attraction between the two is palpable, but it’s something they’re both hesitant to pursue for multiple reasons. Jackson has custody of his two younger sisters, which isn’t easy with their flighty mother. Meanwhile, Delilah is worried about her aging grandfather, as he’s the one parental figure she has.

Honestly, while this book does deal with some heavy topics and has its moments, the romance is what drives the story. Seeing how Jackson and Delilah complement each other is so lovely. It’s like they didn’t know they were missing the other from their lives. Plus B.K. Borison includes the tropes we all know and love, including only one bed, being snowed in, and forced proximity. It is truly a romance lover’s dream.

If you couldn’t tell by my waxing poetic, I adored this book, and I truly cannot wait to dive back into it. Don’t wait to read And Now, Back to You from B.K. Borison, because you’ll be missing out on something truly wonderful.
