We all know that the Reese’s shapes hit differently. For some reason, they seem to taste different from the classic Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. There has been talk about how the shapes give us a different ratio of chocolate to peanut butter, and for some it could be the whimsy of it all. Whatever it is, the Reese’s shapes are always a winner when it comes to the holidays.
Just in time for the 2025 holiday season, Reese’s is going unwrapped again. Similar to what they did for Halloween when they released their Reese’s Unwrapped Mini Pumpkins, for Christmas they are doing Unwrapped Mini Trees. And once again they have magic on their hands. These mini trees are the perfect amount of creamy peanut butter to chocolate and they basically melt in your mouth.
When it comes to holiday sweets, Reese’s knows what we want and they make it happen. And while they say that these are shareable, we can’t help but think that what they really meant was that you can share with yourself.
The cool thing about these mini trees is that they can be thrown into a cookie mix for some added holiday fun. We used half of the bag that Hershey’s sent our way in peanut butter cookies and they added just the right amount of chocolate and peanut butter to make our cookies stand out. These are also the perfect size for decorating sweet treats as well.
If you love the Reese’s holiday shapes, then these Unwrapped Mini Trees are going to be a favorite addition to your seasonal snacking. But we want to know what you think. Are you a fan of the Reese’s shapes? What’s your favorite shape from Reese’s?
