Lisa Vanderpump has some exciting news for fans of her Hulu reality series, Vanderpump Villa. Not only will the series be back for a third season, with the renewal news dropping back in July 2025, but this time they are heading to England for a new summer of drama and hospitality.

In a video posted to social media, Vanderpump shares that she is “coming home” for her next season, and quickly we learn that she won’t be alone. That’s because Stassi Schroeder is also returning for the third season. While there is no word just yet on when this season will drop, although if it follows the first two seasons we can expect to see it arrive on Hulu in April, we do know that the villa will be in the English countryside this time around.

There is no word on which of her staff members she will be bringing back for Season 3 of Vanderpump Villa. However, after the success of Season 2, we expect at least a few more returning faces beyond Stassi. At the very least we hope to see Chef Anthony back in action at the villa, as well as Gabriella, Andre, and Grace. These four have been a big part of the action since Season 1, so we would be disappointed if they didn’t return for another season.

It will also be interesting to see if Lisa decides to give at least two of her former villa staff another chance to prove themselves, although they were sent home in Season 2. And of course, we can’t wait to see who her guests might be this time around, as well as any new hires she might bring on to shake things up.

We can’t wait for Vanderpump Villa to head to England. And now that we know Stassi is back, we expect another season of drama and fashion.
