On July 29, raspberry syrup returned to Starbucks locations for a limited time. And not only did it return for a limited time, but many locations did not receive a lot of of the syrup. This means that once it’s gone, it’s gone.
If you have never tried the raspberry syrup at Starbucks, now is the time to do it. And we decided that we were going to try the raspberry cold foam over one of their iced Matcha lattes. It was truly amazing. In fact, this combination might have created the perfect drink. The sad thing is, it will not be around for very long.
There are a lot of ways that you could add the raspberry syrup to your favorite drink on the menu. One of the suggestions that Starbucks made was to try the raspberry cold foam over a vanilla cold brew. And after trying the raspberry cold foam over a Matcha latte, we bet that’s a delicious option for fans of cold brew, who are looking for something a little bit different this summer.
This limited run of raspberry syrup is not going to be enough for hard-core fans. Having never tried this syrup flavor in any of their drinks before, we didn’t know what we were missing. But now that we’ve tried it, we plan to head to Starbucks every day until it’s gone. Because this might just be the perfect cold foam over a Matcha latte.
We are so glad that Starbucks decided to give us back this flavor, even for a short amount of time. But now that they have, we are going to need them to bring it back permanently. In the meantime, now is the time to head to Starbucks to add this particular syrup to any of your favorite drinks. You will not be disappointed.
