Are you ready for a sweet treat this summer? Then you might be excited to learn that this August, we are getting another The Great American Baking Show special on the Roku Channel. And this time it’s all about a Celebrity Summer.

On August 16, head back to the iconic white tent for some delicious bakes and plenty of fun and laughter. In the trailer for this summer special we got to see Yara Shahidi of Black-ish, comedian June Diane Raphael, Broadway star Andrew Rannells, and Modern Family‘s Jesse Tyler Ferguson taking on summer baking at its finest.

Judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood are back in action and guiding our celebrity bakers as they attempt to whip up three summer worthy treats. And yes, Casey Wilson & Zach Cherry are also back as the hosts of the series.

From the trailer alone, we can tell that this is going to be a great episode of The Great American Baking Show. We love when they get the celebrities into the tent, and this feels like a great group of people to bring in for a special like this. This is something we haven’t seen before in terms of a theme, and we can’t wait to learn exactly what the celebrities will have to bake up in the tent. Considering they were told it is all about texture, and we had some unexpected crunch happening, this is bound to be an interesting time in the baking tent.
