Red Lobster is bringing back another one of their iconic events: Crabfest. One of the biggest events for crab that the restaurant does is back for another year of amazing food just in time for the start of summer.
And to really get people in the door, Red Lobster has added some amazing new items to the menu, including their all-new Seafood Boils. When it comes to a Seafood Boil, we expect a lot of flavor and maybe a bit of a mess too. And based on the press email we received, these Seafood Boils are no exception.
The new Crabfest menu at Red Lobster features both a Sailor’s Boil and a Mariner’s Boil, which you can customize with flavors such as Old Bay Seasoning and Roasted Garlic Butter. The Sailor’s Boil comes with shrimp, corn, smoked sausage and red potatoes. And for the Mariner’s Boil we get shrimp, a Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, red potatoes and corn. There is no denying that the Mariner’s Boil is a decadent option, but the Sailor’s Boil is definitely a classic take on a Seafood Boil.

But that’s not all we have in store for us during Crabfest at Red Lobster. Other must try menu items include:
– Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms
– Salmon Oscar
– Crab-Topped Asparagus
– Steak Oscar
– Crab-Topped Potato
All five of these crab-forward dishes sound amazing and really deliver on the idea of a Crabfest menu. Of course, Red Lobster is not just giving us food for Crabfest, as they have also added some special drinks as part of their “Festival Summer of Sips” as well. The drinks that you can enjoy with your Seafood Boils or the new crab dishes are:

– The Headliner: Purple Haze by Dre & Snoop
– The Opening Act: Passion Star Spritz
– The Encore: Starry Eyed Surprise
This sounds like it could be the perfect way to kick off summer. And whether you are going for the Seafood Boils, the crab or the drinks, there seems to be something for everyone at Red Lobster.
