Did you know that May is National Strawberry Month? Neither did we!

But it turns out that it is, and what better way to celebrate a month dedicated to strawberries than by unveiling a very special ice cream treat at Baskin-Robbins! And not just one delicious treat, but multiple treats that are perfect for Mother’s Day and basically all of May.

Just in time for Mother’s Day and National Strawberry Month, Baskin-Robbins has made the Strawberry Tres Leches ice cream their flavor of the month. And we are obsessed with that news!

But that’s not the only thing that we can enjoy this month as they are also making sure that there is a Tropical Lava Colada beverage, which is a mix of strawberries and a pina colada, and two perfect cakes courtesy of their Perfect Peony and Strawberries ‘N Cream Cakes.

Technically the Perfect Peony cake features beautiful floral designs, including icing rosettes that make it a perfect treat for Mom on Mother’s Day. But if she is feeling the strawberry theme for the month of May, then why not grab her the Strawberries ‘N Cream cake instead.

Personally, I don’t think you can ever go wrong by heading to Baskin-Robbins and snagging some ice cream or ice cream cake. However, we are obsessed with the idea of their dessert of the month, the Strawberry Tres Leches ice cream. According to the press release that they sent our way, this ice cream features, “strawberry pieces, fluffy white cake chunks, and swirls of strawberry goodness.” And maybe it is me, but this sounds delicious as a scoop in a cone or even as part of a sundae.

When it comes to quality and flavor, Baskin-Robbins consistently delivers. And this May, it sounds like they are really going hard with their strawberries.
