Did you know that Pepperidge Farm had released new flavors of Milano Cookies? And not only that, but they have also dropped new designs for Spring with their Chessman cookies as well.

Just in time for Spring (even if it feels far off for some of us), Pepperidge Farm is giving us cookies that are perfect for the shifting season. Not only do their Chessmen Butter Cookies feature fun designs perfect for Spring, but they also have three new Milano Cookie flavors as well.

I went on the hunt to find the new flavors and was sad to find that the Lemon White Chocolate Milanos were MIA at my local grocery stores. As a fan of lemon anything, this is the flavor that I was the most excited for. So I am definitely on the hunt for this flavor. In the meantime, I was able to find the Coconut White Chocolate flavor, as well as the Strawberry White Chocolate Milano Cookies.

In order to really explain these cookies, I had to snag a bag of each of these flavors. And I have to say that I am eager to try the lemon flavor after giving the Coconut White Chocolate Milano Cookies a try. The coconut and white chocolate paired perfectly with the crisp, buttery wafer that is a classic Milano cookie. These had the tropical vibe we expected from these cookies, without being too sweet. The coconut was not overpowered by the white chocolate at all and instead paired perfectly together.

Honestly, this flavor left me wanting a Milk Chocolate and Coconut version of Milano cookies as I bet it would also be a perfect combination.

Now the second flavor I was able to get my hands on at the grocery store was the Strawberry White Chocolate Milano Cookies. And I have to admit that while these were good, they weren’t my absolute favorite. I found them to be just a touch too sweet for me. While I do enjoy strawberries and chocolate, I prefer a milk chocolate over the white chocolate. Now that does not mean that these aren’t tasty, but they just didn’t hit the spot in the same way that the Coconut White Chocolate Milano Cookies did.

After trying both of these flavors, I may just have to hop onto Amazon and grab a bag of the Lemon White Chocolate Milano Cookies just so I can give them a try for myself. I feel like they might end up being the perfect Spring and Summer cookie flavor.
